My name is Aaron Hamilton, I have worked in Hotel industry for 5 1/2 years now. I work in the Front Office. This is my 3rd property I have worked at. I decided to start a blog where myself and others can share hotel experiences they have had with guests and employees. This is for every department. Everyday is never the same and we all have interesting things we encounter, some good and some bad. It is amazing what happens and they things people do. We have a tough job. We work holidays, weekends, night, & day.
